Before proceeding to create an account, ensure that your device/system environment is supported by JoyID:

• On Android, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Opera, and Samsung Internet Browser all support installing PWAs.
• On iOS 16.3 and earlier, PWAs can only be installed with Safari.
• On iOS 16.4 and later, PWAs can be installed from the Share menu in Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Orion. </aside>

Access JoyID

Step 1: Open app.joy.id in the browser

Step 2: Add JoyID wallet to your home screen

Step 3: Access JoyID through Icon

You have successfully created a shortcut to access JoyID on your home screen. Simply click the JoyID icon to be directed to the JoyID website in your browser immediately.

Step 4: Sign in your JoyID account

For those who already have a JoyID account, please log in with your Passkey or authorize through your previously authorized device.

If you are new or wish to create a new account, proceed to the "Create an Account" section.

Create an Account

Step 1: Visit app.joy.id in your browser

Click “Create New” button.

Step 2: Use Passkey to create a private key.

Authenticate twice using your Passkey (either with Face, Fingerprint, or Pin)
