How to Enable Notifications in Your Browser
If you're unable to open notifications, it might be because your browser requires manual configuration. Follow the steps below based on your browser to enable notifications.
iOS/iPadOS

On iOS and iPadOS, to request permission to receive push notifications, web apps must first be added to the Home Screen.
Android
Browsers/PWA
- Open Browser on your Android device.
- Tap the three dots menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Site Settings.
- Tap Notifications.
- Make sure the toggle at the top is switched ON to allow sites to send notifications.
- And make sure JoyID notifications are allowed.
MacOS Safari
- Open Safari and click on Safari in the top left corner, then select Settings.
- Go to the Websites tab.
- In the sidebar, click Notifications.
- Make sure the option Allow websites to ask for permission to send notifications is checked:
- If it's unchecked, click the checkbox to enable it.
